Do you offer same-day flower delivery in St. Louis?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery in St. Louis for orders placed online before 12:00 PM. If you like, call us directly to see if we can still provide you with same day delivery after the online cutoff time. We may still be able to make a same-day delivery.
Can I order online or by phone?
You may order either way. You can order online anytime at miesnersflowers.com or by phone at (314) 567-6650 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, Sun Closed).
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! We suggest choosing "Custom Arrangement" from our catalog. Let us know your preferred flowers or color palette in your description. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision. Let us know if you would like to be notified of substitutions.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will call them for instructions. If the customer allows, we either leave the flowers in a safe spot (weather permitting) or arrange a re-delivery.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in St. Louis?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across St. Louis. Please provide the full address, including a phone number, and any delivery notes during checkout. Please note, if the recipient is in ICU, we are not able to deliver flowers.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Our flowers are carefully processed by our team to ensure maximum vase life. We use floral food and a preservative in the water. We recommend adding water to the vase when needed. There is no need to change the water completely or to recut flower stems. Avoid placing the flowers in direct sunlight or in warm, dry rooms.

Can I order a flower subscription?
Yes, our flower subscription service is a game-changer for effortless, fresh blooms delivered straight to your door—perfect for treating yourself or gifting ongoing joy without the hassle. You can choose your budget, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), and first delivery date on our subscriptions page.
Can I order flowers annually for special occasions, like birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, and others all at once?
Yes. The option to do this through the website is in the works. In the meantime, you may call or email us directly. We will create orders for whatever occasions you need flowers for, either custom arrangements or bouquets from our pictured selections. As our selections change seasonally, we can send you our options for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or other specific seasons. Have your delivery dates ready, along with your card message for each delivery when you call or email us.
