The arrangement we received was absolutely beautiful, and we truly appreciate the care that went into it. That said, similar to Allison W.’s review, we weren’t sure we noticed a difference in choosing the ‘Premium’ size. In fact, the arrangement seemed to have fewer roses than what’s pictured for the ‘Standard’ option. Perhaps clarifying what’s included at each level would help set expectations, since the quality itself was wonderful. ---- Florist's Response: Angel, Thank you for the review! We do our best to fulfill each order as close as we can to the picture. It can be difficult to see the difference between the three offered styles. Depending on the season, pricing of the flowers, and viewpoint, the added pricing can be hard to discern. With some arrangements, the size doesn't increase so much as the floral content is greater. We fill every order to value and apologize the added content wasn't perceived well. We will look into how we can implement your suggestion to clarify each level so others will have a better idea of the difference in price. Thank you for letting us know! I live in California and send arrangements to my Daughter, in Kirkwood Missouri, often. Pretty but I don’t think we got anything extra for “premium”. The stock photo is prettier than the in real life premium arrangement received and Im not seeing any extra flowers.
