I ordered a floral arrangement online for relatives who lost a beloved family member. The web site was very helpful and informative and easy to navigate. The staff needed to call me for some clarification and were extremely helpful. The flowers were lovely and fresh and greatly appreciated by my relatives. The flowers were a hit and looked wonderful when they arrived. I was even able to correct a mistyped delivery date and they were delivered on time.
